Cupboard doors

SPRAYED DOOR - The most popular option for kitchen cabinetry as the style options are endless! A high density chipboard (MDF / Superwood) is used which is stronger than melamine board and has a very smooth finish. This door is then spray painted in every colour imaginable. We offer a matt or satin matt finish.

WRAPPED DOOR - A Vinyl Wrapped Door is a very durable product and is commonly used to create the ultra modern look. The vacuum-sealed door or 'Wrap-door' as they call it is made by coating chipboard with glue, the vinyl applied and then vacuum pressure applied to the inside of the doors and the vinyl is drawn to the shape of the board by suction. Vinyls are available in a wide range of colours and finishes and are fairly robust. The wrap door is waterproof and very easy to clean.

SOLID WOOD - Most Hardwoods and Softwoods can be used for cabinetry eg. Oak, Dolf, Rosewood / we offer a wide range in wood stains and tints with a matt or satin matt finish.

WOOD VENEER - Veneer refers to thin slices of solid wood, usually thinner than 1mm that are glued onto chipboard. It gives the effect of a solid wood front - It gives the effect of 'solid wood, however is more cost effective.

MELAMINE - A structural chipboard with a bonded surface which is available in a wide range of colours, textures and patterns with matt, low sheen or glossy finishes. Melamine board is water resistant.
